In a flurry of bats and shut-down-offenses, Zack Greinke and the Dodgers shut down the Cardinals to stay alive. I really hope that they hang on for game six. These guys are too fun NOT to be in the World Series.
Meanwhile, in far more indifferent territory, the Tigers got a win last night, themselves staying alive and defying the odds. I still think the Sox are the better team here, but I wouldn't mind the Tigers going as well.
