This is a pretty cool set, as someone who's not used to breaking many prospect-driven boxes. I've already pulled my first hit, a game-used swatch of Angels prospect Jo Adell.

Pack 10-
Mostly base stuff here:
Victor Victor Mesa is one of those names I keep hearing. He didn't have a great year in AA, which makes me think that every outfielder in the Marlins' system is just doomed to hit under .200
Genesis Cabrera was fantastic in relief for the Cards this year.
Alex Kirilloff, here on an AS card, had a great year in the Twins AA affiliate, hitting .283 with over 100 hits.
Pack 11- Insert here.
Kyle Lewis made a big splash in his debut in Seattle, roping a few homers, and being one of the few highpoints of the Mariners' 2019 year. Julio Rodriguez, another Seattle prospect, has been incredible so far in the minors, hitting high averages in WV and Modesto. Good to see the farm system coughing up genuine talents for them.
Pack 12-
Pretty normal pack, but one card confused me.
This card, of D-Backs prospect Seth Beer, gotten in the Greinke deal, was placed face down in the pack, has a slightly textural difference, and yet has no serial numbering, and doesn't seem in any other ways different. I'm stumped. Idk if it's an accident, or if there's actually something up here. And it's not a photo variation, as I checked that one. Eh.
Pack 13- Another all-base pack.
Two guys with names ending in Kay that made debuts this year: Anthony's was in September for Toronto, and he seems to be in the mix for 2020. Brendan's was in June for Tampa, and he was a very...okay two-way player. Perhaps he'll be better next year as well.
Pack 14- Surprisingly some star power in this one.
Adrian Morejon made a debut for San Diego mid-year, but was injured soon after.
TIM TEBOW ON THE OTHER HAND...is still kicking around for the Mets, and spent the year in Syracuse, batting under .200 with 19 RBIs and 31 hits in 77 games.
Pack 15- Some interesting named here.
Daz Cameron, one of the guys that got Justin Verlander out of Detroit, was modest enough for Toledo this year.
Matthew Liberatore is a Rays prospect who did fine in A-ball this year.
Jazz Chisolm was the big rookie name in the deal that got Zac Gallen, one of the most impressive rookies of 2019, out of Miami and into the D-Backs rotation. Chisolm is okay.
Pack 16- More fun stuff with base.
Nick Neidert is a rare GOOD pitching prospect for Miami, and got some alright numbers in Jacksonville this year. Joey Bart, on an AS card, is a Giants catching prospect I previously pulled a box-topper of. And Jarred Kelenic is the big Mariners prospect who might save the day in a couple years.
Pack 17- And we get our 2nd hit here.
A short-printed base card of Joey Bart, and an AUTO of Mets infielder Carlos Cortes. Dude's hitting .255 in Port St. Lucie. Does he have what it takes? Idk. Modest hit.
Pack 18- And some awesome for the road:
A Fresh on the Scene insert of mega-rookie Wander Franco, of the Rays, and a base card of future Tigers fireballer, who could be up in Detroit in 2020 or 2021, Casey Mize. A very cool way to end this box.
I enjoyed this one. If most of these guys make it, I'll have made some money off this. And with some solid hits as well. Job well done.
I plan on getting a more Nostalgic Box Break up in a little bit, but I have some choices. Expect something from 2002 or 2003.
Could the Seth Beer card be a flip stock parallel? They seem to exist for this set, and they aren't numbered (but are limited to about 25, from what I can gather). That would mean that the front feels like the backs of other cards, and vice versa.
